Deluxe king room was new-fashioned. The location was favourable and marvellous, just off the Red River Chinese restaurant, Hoan Kien lake, and shopping centre and restaurants.

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a nice enough area, close enough to Australian Embassy as well as the old town. Asian cuisine was served in the rooftop restaurant.
Internet was terrible, made me a little nervous.

Actually everything was awesome, my next choice again in Hanoi. In relation to the great price paid, it was impressive place to stay with excellent service. I enjoyed marvellous and unbeatable location, close to affiliated Department Store and the restaurant and Vietnam for 3 years.

Had a huge and new-fashioned room with great view and a large bathroom, as example, and I couldn't ask for more. The location was good and perfect, for example, Thu le Zoo Hanoi was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. This property was in a pretty nice area near especially the rooftop bar that boasts a panoramic view over Hanoi and Australian Embassy and the Lotte.

The hotel was luxurious and fairly clean with especially helpfulstaff members. We loved deluxe king room provided with bath tub and spectacular views, for instance. Excellent service, although a few employees were particularly busy. Comfy location, Noi Bai International airport was 16 miles away.

It was luxury hotel and we had a relaxing stay. The property had a comfy location steps away from Lake Thu Le. Moreover, it was close enough to Vietnam for holding the yearly party of a Taiwanese company staying for 10 days.

Incredible views, the breakfast was satisfactory with breathtaking view and European cuisine. I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was lovely. Its location just a short stroll away from Thu le Zoo Hanoi was good and unbeatable. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel.
